Dance/Ballet emphasizes creativity and expression as students learn dance
movement and skills. Children explore dance by moving to percussive sounds in personal and general space, moving in body levels, and exploring gross motor skills. The concept of moving with feeling and expression is introduced. Dance lessons consist of basic Jazz Dance and Ballet steps, rhythmical movements and breathing. All dance sequences for this age are adapted to the child's listening and physical strength. This activity is excellent for improving child’s coordination, flexibility, movement and brain activities. It also helps a child to get rid of bent back, awry feet, shame, sadness and low self-esteem.
Where can you learn about math, science, geography, nutrition and healthy habits? Our cooking classes incorporate all of these things, in addition to a chance for small hands to practice their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. In this class children will have the opportunity to learn the importance of each food group, try recipes from around the world and most of all be creative and have fun.
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and sport that without the use of weapons, teaches the
practitioner techniques for defense and offense.
Taekwondo teaches children to use their hands and feet in any defensive situation. As a
form of physical exercise Taekwondo has a great effect on children's growth and
development. This activity will be led by a black belt TKD trainer, Jelena Putnik. Jelena has more than 12 years of
experience training young children in different TKD clubs in Croatia. She believes Taekwondo isn't just a physical training it's also a mental training. Children
learn complicated movements, which help their concentration, memory and body awareness. 
During each art workshop, children embark on a rich artistic and
cultural experience where they will discover various media and
techniques such as weaving, glass painting, decoupage, papier mâché,
wood work, puppetry, jewelry, fabric painting, sculpting and so much
more. Children will also be inspired by the work of famous artists such
as Van Gogh, Matisse, Kandinsky and Mondrian among others. The voyage
will guide children home with amazing pieces of art!
At TLT we'll keep your child entertained while you take your most deserved break. Every Friday evening from 4:30-9:00 pm at Lovćenska 38, your child can join us for an evening of fun while you are out. Pajama Rama Night offers enjoyable hands on activities such as arts and crafts, games, bedtime stories, film showing and more. What's cool about it? We'll put on your child's pajamas and get him ready for bed before your pick up time. This activity is open for children 3-11 years of age.
